How do I track my order?

 

The tracking number will be uploaded to PayPal and you will receive a notice. If you did not receive a notice you can always request for tracking info. Track you packages here.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer free 2-Day shipping for all orders inside the continental United States. You can always contact us with your special requests if you need other options.

 

 

How long do 'Made to Order' items take?

 

You will receive an email telling you what step your order is in and when it is expected to ship. Typically, made to order items do take a little bit longer. OFFSET team members make your order by hand and custom to your request.

We ask that you allow at least 3 weeks for these products. MADE TO ORDER items are not eligible for returns.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we do provide international delivery. Shipping fees do apply for orders outside of the continental United States. This applies for returns and exchanges also.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you decide you want to return an item you can Click Here. Then input your information and we will send you a pre-paid mailer. The return period is  1 month after you purchased your item - otherwise you will be required to go through our Shirt Off Your Back Replacement Offer. You do not need to worry about shipping fees because we pay for all shipping. MADE TO ORDER items are not eligible for returns.

 

Do you provide Tracking & Insurance?

 

Yes, you get free 2-Day shipping for orders inside the continental United States. This comes with tracking and insurance automatically.

Of course! If you decide you want to return or exchange an item you can click the button below. Then input your information and we will send you a pre-paid mailer. For exchanged we will send out your new size along with the mailer.
